Robert German
Business Administrator
Robert German, known for his fun personality and great attention to detail, serves as our full-time Business Administrator, beginning with The NCC in 1992. He loves music, but don't ask him to sing! You can ask him to help with just about anything else, however, because he is always willing. Robert and his wife, Penny, enjoy helping lead a puppet ministry in their church. They reside in Germantown, MD, with their two children. |

Barbara Tillman
Executive Assistant; Psalm 95 Administrative Support
Barbara was contracted by The NCC to help support the Psalm 95 Radio Ministry, but joined the staff full-time in January 2004 as an Administrative Assistant focusing on Psalm 95, and transitioned smoothly into the role of Executive Assistant with the retirement of long-time staffer, Lila Batdorff in October 2006. This season begins her eighth year as a member of The National Christian Choir, singing Soprano I. Barbara is married to I.C. Tillman. They have four children -- two sons and two daughters -- and reside in historic Rockville, MD. |

Michael Brian Steward, Jr.
Administrative Assistant
Michael was born and raised in the D.C. Metropolitan area. He currently resides in Montgomery Village, MD, with his pet Doberman, Rocky. Along with his father, Michael’s entrepreneurial skills created and continue to support a family contracting business, Agape Painting and Home Improvement. Immediately prior to joining The NCC Staff, Michael worked for the US Postal Service.
Michael currently worships at Church of the Redeemer in Gaithersburg, MD. Mentoring young men between the ages of 13 and 16 has been an important part of his spiritual growth. He also enjoys a close-knit family relationship with his mom, dad, and sister. Michael takes classes at Montgomery College and, in his spare time, enjoys camping, hiking, playing basketball, and traveling. |
