"Psalm 95" is a 55-minute, weekly radio program, hosted by Founder and Music Director, C. Harry Causey. It features the music of The National Christian Choir, the Word of God, and inspirational commentary. It's an hour of celebration, adoration, and inspiration -- all designed to draw the listener closer to our Lord.
The program began in April 2002 on one radio station in Baltimore, Maryland. It expanded to over 30 stations during its first year. In October, 2003, it was selected for airing by Moody Broadcasting Network out of Chicago. "Psalm 95" is now housed on Moody Broadcasting Network's two satellites known as MB1 and MB2. MB1 programming is set up such that Moody fully-owned as well as affiliate stations can take a contiguous direct feed of programming as it appears on the MB1 schedule. The MB2 satellite programming is set up so radio stations that are either owned by Moody or affiliates with Moody can take a pre-feed component of the programming from where it is parked on the satellite and air it whenever they desire. "Psalm 95" is a significant part of our ministry. We hear from listeners that the program is like a spiritual oasis for them, bringing comfort and leading them to worship. The encouraging words from our listeners -- many who are unable to attend their church tell us that "Psalm 95" is a fulfilling substitute for them -- are greatly appreciated.
