CHOIR NEWS

Meet our 2009-10 Choir Council!  There are many familiar faces, but our newest members are Bernie Stitely, the Vice-President/President Elect of the Choir and Cindy Armstrong the Choir Secretary. 
Bernie Stitely joined the Choir in 2001, singing Bass II.  He belongs to Frederick Church of the Brethren where he serves as chairman for the Coach Ministry, and sings with the Chancel choir. A graduate of Hagerstown Business College, he works for the Frederick County Government as a transit driver and part-time driver for Eyre Bus Services.  Bernie lives in Frederick, Maryland, with his wife of 43 years, Roxie Ann, who also sings with the NCC. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Cindy Armstrong has been a member of the National Christian Choir for 11 years, singing in the Alto section. Cindy and her husband, Bill, have been married for 36 years, are blessed with three children and three grandchildren. The Armstrongs are members of Greenridge Baptist Church. Cindy is a Registered Nurse and is Clinical Coordinator for the Surgery Center of Rockville.
