The internal life of The NCC is led and supported by a dedicated group of men and women called The Choir Council. The Council consists of Officers -- three individuals elected by The Choir -- and Shepherds who are appointed by the Council itself. The elected leaders are the President, Vice President (President Elect), and Secretary. All the other members of the Council are called Choir Shepherds. The Council's role is to care for the singers administratively and

pastorally.
